Diane’s Journey
My journey in healthcare has taken me from staff to leadership
positions in a variety of clinical and non clinical areas. On this journey, I have
been given the opportunity to develop my own leadership skills through progressive
accountability, advanced education, certification, and networking. The objective
of my work has become to partner with all types of healthcare organizations to develop
leaders; facilitating their passion for balanced decision making. Becoming an evolved
