Coach Diane completed a comprehensive training in the many facets of leading retreats and is a part of the Retreat Coach Network - " the premier international network " of trained Retreat Coaches. Diane’s focus has included both distance learning along with in person training during the winter of 2007.

In her own words, Diane describes her practice:  “At Breathing Patterns Coaching and Retreats, I choose to lead retreats and cultivate partnerships in coaching from the wisdom of my heart, acknowledging that spirituality is at the core of human life.  Leading from my soul gives me passion and purpose, and helps me create a sacred place where women feel they can seek well being of the body, mind,and spirit.  My background includes advanced practice nursing, leadership development, executive coaching, retreat coaching, and wellness counseling. The process and journey of certification has been inspirational and powerful.   My transformation of a dream to reality was facilitated by the design of this program, the encouragement of Coach Helene, and the presence of the retreat coach network.    Through self reflection and using the tools and techniques placed in my hands, I feel I have developed the wisdom and ability to connect with my retreatants and provide them with a valuable and valued experience.”
